Orders dispatch within 1-6 business days. If items are out of stock, we will notify you with updated timelines.
Tracking & Delivery

Returns and Exchanges
- Not accepted for:
- Crystal characteristics (natural inclusions, textures, etc.)
- Change of mind or materials variations
- For breakages:
- Email us within 1-3 business days after delivery
- Include order # and damage photos

- Return shipping:
- Customers bear return shipping costs(this is determined on a case by case basis)
- No responsibility for lost/damaged return items
- Order cancellation:
- Non-cancellable after packaging
